Fill in the form with the necessary information

Use your official company domain email address: personal emails using gmail, yahoo, etc will be denied unless that is the official record we have on file

For the "Company" field please try to avoid abbreviations, and spell out the full name

Submitting the form will check your email address against our records, after which one of the following situations will occur:

One unique matching email = you will be automatically approved and receive an email to set your password

No matching emails = your registration will go to review by our team, and we will use the account name you provided to try and match against our records and create a contact

Duplicate matching emails = your registration will go to review by our team to sort out

You will be prompted to enter the email address for the portal account

If the entered email matches the account, then you will receive an email with a link to reset your password
The software installers for our products are accessed from within the customer portal, so you will need a login to download the software. You can ask someone with your client's company email domain to register for an account and download the installer(s), or you can submit the registration with your email as usual. If you use an email address whose domain does not seem to match the account, our support team may deny the request, but you can contact us at flow-support@datacor.com to explain the situation if needed.
The Downloads section will display folders based on what products you have purchased. These are tied to active subscriptions or trial requests that you have on your account in our system. If you don't have an active subscription or active trial request to one of the products then its corresponding folder with installers will not appear. Furthermore, if your subscription expires then the product folder will disappear. If you need assistance with renewal, please contact your channel partner directly, or if you are a direct customer reach out to renewal@datacor.com.
If your account is managed by one of our Channel Partners / Resellers, then they manage technical support provided to you. Therefore, you must contact them directly for support inquiries.
If you don't know who your channel partner is, then you can contact us at flow-support@datacor.com and provide one of your license numbers and full company name. You can find the license number from within the software in Help > About.
