Full Uninstall
A "full uninstall" refers to completely removing the application from the computer along with manual deletion of any remnant directories/files. When uninstalling, the installer will typically only remove files that it placed originally. The application itself will create additional directories for logs, configs, and other files. These can be left behind after uninstalling. The Support Team may request that you perform a full uninstall when trying to troubleshoot certain installation issues.
-
Uninstall the application(s) as usual through the Windows Control Panel or Settings.
Note that for Fathom 15, Arrow 12, Impulse 12, and xStream 5 the Datacor Flow Simulation installer package bundles multiple products into one installer, so uninstalling it will uninstall any of the products which you had selected to install initially.
-
Manually delete remnant directories listed below based on your version.
