Open Help - Opens help site home page
Use Offline Help - Indicates that the PDF help file will be used instead of the Online Arrow Help File when the help buttons in topics are clicked. Note that the PDF help file must be downloaded from the PDF Downloads page on the online help site prior to using this option.
