A Caution message in AFT Impulse.

To limit how much data is displayed in the output there is a maximum number of event messages are displayed for a junction. This limit was reached. This means that there are some events that happened but no event message is actually displayed. The maximum event messages setting can be changed in the Output Control window on the Format & Action tab.
