2025-12-02: License Server Outages

Our licensing vendor is experiencing a server outage that is impacting the ability to open Datacor Pipe Flow Modeling applications. You may receive an eLicense error saying "SOAP Connection timed out" or "PROD_RETURNED_LICENSE". You can check the status of the incident on the Nalpeiron Status page.

2025-09-18: Support Email Address Changed

Our support email address changed to flow-support@datacor.com. Emails sent to our old address support@aft.com will get forwarded automatically, but please start using the new address and whitelist it from any spam filters.
