2026-04-20: Upgrade Installer Flaw – Manual Intervention is Required

Installers for Fathom 14, Arrow 11, Impulse 11, and xStream 4 downloaded from the Customer Portal between April 3rd and 14th, 2026 contained a flaw that prevented successful upgrades. If you ran one of these installers, a full uninstall and reinstall is required. See the Installer Upgrade Flaw - April 2026 page for details and remediation steps.

2025-12-02: License Server Outages

Our licensing vendor is experiencing a server outage that is impacting the ability to open Datacor Flow Simulation applications. You may receive an eLicense error saying "SOAP Connection timed out" or "PROD_RETURNED_LICENSE". You can check the status of the incident on the Nalpeiron Status page.
