Temperature Limits Panel
The Temperature Solver Limits panel allows users to set boundaries for temperature within the solver. These limits are intended to help with convergence and prevent the solver from providing unrealistic results. These limits are intended to keep the solver within physical restraints, such as temperatures that can't be produced on Earth. This is most useful when operating near the edge of available physical property data. During iteration, the Solver may attempt to extrapolate past the available data, returning an error. Limiting the allowable range can keep the search within the proper bounds.
The Temperature Limits Panel is available if heat transfer is enabled.
For design requirements and limitations, use Design Alerts to signify when the solvers values are beyond a desired range yet is still physically possible to occur.
