DISCUSSION:
The AFT Fathom model used an assigned pressure upstream and a receiving reservoir at atmospheric pressure. The only design requirement for the system was a minimum flow rate of 0.8 m3/min.
The automated sizing was a discrete sizing to minimize flow volume.
