Use the Output Window Sort Feature
If a model runs but the results look incorrect, use the Sort feature on the toolbar in the Output Window to look for extremes in velocity, pressure drop or other parameters. An input error (like incorrect diameter) may be easier to see by looking at its effect on the results.
