AFT Fathom has four optional add-on modules which extend its modeling capabilities into other areas. The modules allow multivariable goal seeking and control simulation, settling slurry modeling, time varying simulation, and full system sizing. The Modules panel within the Modules group in Analysis Setup allows you to activate and enable any of the four AFT Fathom add-on modules. An additional license to the base AFT Fathom license is required to use a module. These modules include:

• GSC (Goal Seek & Control) - Identifies input parameters that yield desired output values and simulates control functions.

• SSL (Settling Slurry) - Models the effects of pumping fluids containing settling solids using the Wilson/GIW method.

• XTS (Extended Time Simulation) - Models dynamic system behavior and how critical system parameters vary over time.

• ANS (Automated Network Sizing) - Evaluates the complex interaction of system variables to reveal combinations of cost savings.
